Residents enjoy 10,000 SF of amenities, featuring an outdoor pool and a rooftop terrace with sweeping views. The ground floor includes 11,000 SF of retail and community space, anchored by a performing arts school and cafe.
Completed in 2024, Principal Michael Bevivino led the design team and oversaw the project through construction documents, while Senior Designer Justin Davis contributed through design development at Studio V. Arketekcher is currently managing the tenant fit-out for the 11,000 SF of retail space.
