Marianna House Wins AIA Design Award

We’re excited to share that Marianna House was recognized with an AIA Westchester + Hudson Valley Design Award!
One of Arketekcher’s earliest projects, Marianna House reimagines a private residence through a new addition, renovated living spaces, and a stronger connection to its steep, wooded landscape. The project includes a floating addition with a recycled green roof, panoramic doors opening to a new cedar deck, and a restored hillside landscape shaped around the site’s existing boulders.
We’re grateful to the AIA WHV jury for the recognition, and especially to our clients and collaborators who trusted us to bring the project to life.
