Arketekcher Awarded 110-unit Mixed-Use Project in Downtown Ossining

After responding to a Request for Qualifications last year, WBP Development and Arketekcher were selected as the developer for a high profile site on the corner of Main Street and Spring Street.
This mixed-use residential and commercial development will infill a gap in the bustling downtown. Designs are in the preliminary stages but the project is estimated to complete in 2025.
