Arketekcher developed a concept design for the full renovation of a young family’s new apartment a block from Central Park. The client required an additional bedroom as well as a specialized kitchen. By studying the sun, and working with the family to identify their specific goals, we developed an innovative curved design that would maximize usable space and natural light throughout the apartment.
After the design phase, arketekcher coordinated with contractors to perform a budgeting exercise, and worked to refine the design accordingly to meet the client’s strict budget.
