Arketekcher designed a flexible three-car garage and surrounding site plan in Mahopac. The design integrates multiple flexible uses into the new structure, including a 2nd floor fitness studio, workshop, and storage. From the exterior, the garage transformed into a pool cabana, with a covered seating area and access to changing rooms.
We are managing the project and coordinating with other necessary consultants, including a pool designer and structural engineer. The project is completing permitting and will start construction this year.
